These terms & conditions apply to your use of The Blowdry Club® website and to the purchase and use of The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass.
They do not apply to any in-person training, accredited courses, 1-to-1 training, group training, masterclasses or other services offered separately by The Blowdry Club®.

By using this website or purchasing and accessing The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass, you agree to these terms & conditions.

1. About The Blowdry Club®
The Blowdry Club® provides professional blowdry education, including The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass available through this website.

2. The online masterclass
The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass is a digital training programme designed to teach The Blowdry Club® signature blowdry technique.
The programme includes:

• Online video training

• Supporting training manual

• 12 months access to the programme

• Lifetime WhatsApp support

• Certificate of completion, subject to the completion requirements outlined below

The Online Masterclass is not an accredited course or qualification.
Any accredited or in-person training offered by The Blowdry Club® is separate from the Online Masterclass and is not covered by these terms & conditions.

3. Course access
Your purchase provides you with 12 months access to The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass from the date your enrolment begins.
During your access period, you can log into your student account to revisit the training at your own pace.
Once the 12-month access period has ended, access to the Online Masterclass will expire. If you would like further access after this period, you may be required to purchase the masterclass again.
Course access is provided solely to the individual who purchased or was legitimately enrolled onto the programme and cannot be transferred or shared.

4. Student accounts
You may be required to create a student account through the website to purchase and access the Online Masterclass.
You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure.
Login details and course access must not be shared with another person.
Where The Blowdry Club® reasonably believes that an account is being shared or used to provide unauthorised access to course content, access may be suspended or terminated.

5. Pricing & payment
The current price of the Online Masterclass will be clearly displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Klarna may be available to eligible customers and will be subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility requirements.
Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only and will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Digital content & your right to cancel
The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass contains digital content that can be accessed online following enrolment.
Where you expressly request and consent to receiving immediate access to the digital content during the statutory cancellation period, and acknowledge that this means losing your right to cancel, your cancellation right in relation to that digital content will end once supply begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

7. Course content & intellectual property
All videos, training materials, manuals, written content, graphics and other materials provided through The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass are owned by or licensed to The Blowdry Club® and are supplied for your personal educational use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, screen-record, distribute, publish, share, resell or otherwise make the course content available to another person without permission.
Course videos and materials must not be shared with another person, and access is for the registered student only.
Purchasing access to the Online Masterclass does not transfer ownership of any course content or intellectual property to you.

8. Certificate of completion
After completing the Online Masterclass, you will be asked to practise the technique and submit one clear photograph of your completed blowdry to:

Once the required work has been submitted, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
The certificate confirms completion of The Blowdry Club® Online Masterclass only and does not represent an accredited qualification.

9. Lifetime WhatsApp support
Purchase of the Online Masterclass includes lifetime WhatsApp support relating to the techniques and training covered within the programme.
Support is intended to provide reasonable additional guidance and answer relevant training questions. Lifetime support does not constitute unlimited private tuition or guarantee immediate responses.

10. Student responsibility
Students are responsible for practising and applying the techniques taught within the Online Masterclass safely and appropriately.
Individual results may vary depending on experience, practice and application of the training.
The Blowdry Club® does not guarantee employment, clientele, income, business growth or any particular result following completion of the Online Masterclass.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have any qualifications, insurance, permissions or professional requirements necessary for services they choose to offer.

11. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or student accounts, introduce malicious software, misuse website content or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of The Blowdry Club® or another person.
Website content may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.

12. Website & course availability
The Blowdry Club® aims to keep the website and Online Masterclass available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet failures or third-party platform services.
If you experience an issue accessing content you have purchased, please contact The Blowdry Club® so reasonable steps can be taken to resolve the issue.

13. Changes to the online masterclass or website
The Blowdry Club® may update the website and may make reasonable updates or improvements to the Online Masterclass from time to time.
Any changes will not affect statutory consumer rights or remove access to digital content a customer is contractually entitled to receive.

14. Refunds & statutory rights
Nothing within these terms & conditions is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
Where you have expressly consented to immediate supply of the Online Masterclass and acknowledged the resulting loss of your cancellation right before access begins, you may no longer have the statutory 14-day right to cancel the digital-content purchase once supply has started.
This does not affect any remedies available to you where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise conform to the contract.

15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, The Blowdry Club® will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.

16. Third-party services
Parts of the website, payment process or Online Masterclass may be provided using third-party services or platforms.
Where you choose to use a third-party payment service such as Klarna, additional terms and privacy practices belonging to that provider may apply.
The Blowdry Club® is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

17. Governing law
These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
